Clancy shocked the world when he won the WWWA Extreme Championship in the WWWA Extreme Rumble.

Ryan Clancy wins WWWA Extreme Title
Ryan Clancy shows emotion after winning the first-ever WWWA Extreme Title

Saturday, September 14th will forever be remembered as one of the historic nights in WWWA’s long and prestigious history. Especially for Ryan Clancy.

Clancy made history as he captured WWWA’s first-ever Extreme Championship. He did so by winning a rumble match filled with the top talent that WWWA has to offer in their lockerroom.

Not only did Clancy want to badly win the title, but the fans also wanted the moment. The energy was palpable in the building as the moments winded down towards the end of the match. Each tough display of grit and tenacity made the crowd cheer louder and louder as Clancy got closer towards his goal.

The match featured a host of WWWA’s top talent. Shane Taylor, Ken Andrews, Tyler Symz, JT Cage, Darkstar, Roadblock, Mal Havok, and of course Ryan Clancy.

With all of those top tier names in the promotion, there could only be one winner. Each man fought to the best of their ability, laying it all on the line in front of the sold-out crowd.

Some men chose to team with each other and strategize to get rid of the others. Others stayed engaged and wanted to perform for the crowd. But Clancy found a strategic way to win the match, and the victory was well deserved.

Congratulations to Ryan Clancy on making history and becoming the first-ever World Wide Wrestling Alliance Extreme Champion.

Wyndham James Winthrope III (c) DEF Tony Mask (WWWA World Title Match)

Wyndham continues his reign as the heavyweight champion that everyone hates. Wyndham couldn’t even make his way to the ring before the crowd began to swell the area with their famous “English muffin” chant.

After Winthrope sang his rendition of “God Save the Queen”, the WWWA universe met its newest contender in Tony Mask, a Lucha style tiger that brings the party to the ring.

While El Tigre is full of energy, the recipe to beat Winthrope has yet to be found. His strategic blend of veteran moves, dirty tactics, and getting in his opponents head have led to a string of successful title defenses.

Winthrope also has a mean streak to back it up. While Tony Mask put up a decent fight, his newness to the promotion showed as Wyndham pulled out every trick in the book. From boot chokes to untraceable kicks, Winthrope completely outclassed his opponent.

The deal was sealed when Wyndham pulled off the El Tigre’s tail and choked him with it. He then went on to finish Tony Mask with a crafty roll up while the Tiger tried to play with the crowd.

Who will be the one to end the reign of Wyndham James Winthrope? It seems like it won’t be coming to an end anytime soon.

“Mr. No Limits” Chris Banks DEF Cortez Castro (singles match)

Is there anything that Chris Banks can not do in the ring? If there is, we haven’t seen any sign of it yet.

While Banks is often seen complaining to the referee, he also has the perfect blend of size, speed, strength, and agility, making him the ultimate prototypical wrestler. His pure strength was put on display when he hoisted Castro into the air for a suplex and held him in the air for 11 seconds before finally smashing him into the canvas.

Banks checks off every single box when it comes to the makeup of what you would want a wrestler to be. He has the charisma, the look, and the ability to perform at the highest level.

Castro is as tough as they come. When it comes to the absolute brute force and no remorse, Cortez Castro is the guy. Not caring about the crowd or referee is his biggest strength but could also be his biggest downfall. Sometimes evil is a distraction and when you’re facing an opponent like Chris Banks, there is no room for error.

Banks rallied behind an electric crowd to finish off Cortez with a firemen’s carry bomb for the win.
